15. SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shipping & Delivery: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays, production times (for made-to-order items), holidays, or high-volume periods.
Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns/Exchanges: Our return window is 30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags/packaging. Custom or made-to-order items (including most apparel and prints) may be final sale except in cases of defects or damage—see product pages for specifics. To start a return, contact us or support@roarofzion.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless we made an error.

16. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES & GIFT CARDS
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to terms stated with the promotion and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable for eligible products only. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates promotional terms.
