1. When will my order ship?

All Roar of Zion products are made to order — printed, packaged, and shipped specifically for you.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by delivery:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan: 7–15 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–12 business days
  • 🌍 International: 7–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. What carrier do you use?

We partner with reliable global carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and their international affiliates to ensure fast and secure delivery.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each product is made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, we’re unable to make modifications. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong size, color, or address, email us immediately at support@roarofzion.com and we’ll do our best to help

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your Roar of Zion account or check the Order Tracking page for live updates.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We take full responsibility for any manufacturing or printing errors. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please email support@roarofzion.com within 4 weeks of delivery and include:

  • photo of the damaged item
  • photo of the packing slip or label

We’ll send a free replacement or full refund right away.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Because our products are made to order, some items (like limited-edition apparel or canvas prints) may be final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

8. What if my package is lost in transit?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, please contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Once verified, we’ll replace or refund your order at no cost.

9. My address was wrong on the order. What happens now?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we’ll contact you to confirm a corrected address. You’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost once updated.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by country and will appear at checkout. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your region.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal,Shop Pay,Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.

12. Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Because personalized or made-to-order products are printed specifically for you, they are typically final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

14. Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?

Yes!

  • Digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts and never expire.
  • Discount codes are occasionally offered through our newsletter and social media. Only one code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

We’re proudly based in the United States (South Carolina), with printing and fulfillment partners across the U.S. and abroad to serve our global audience.
